  This file converted from UBC's print image file of data reports.
  Temp:  Reversing thermometers if tabulated to hundredth of degree Celcius
  Bucket thermometer (surface) or bathythermograph if tabulated to tenths of
  degree Celcius.
  Salinity: Auto-Lab Inductively Coupled Salinometer (Extended Range Model)
  Salinities reported in parts per thousand were estimated from measured
  conductivity ratios using International Oceanographic Tables published jointly
  by N.I.O and UNESCO 1966, Rev. 1968.
  Sigma-t values computed using Knudsen's formula (1901).
  Oxygen: The dissolved oxygen content (ml/l) was measured on shipboard by
  Winkler's method using 50ml samples but modified by using reagents recommended
  by Carritt, D.E. and Carpenter, J.H., J. Mar. Res. 24;286-318,1966.
  Meteorological: Cloud amounts expressed in eights and wind speed in knots.
