There were few salinity calibration samples but they do show that the primary salinity was reading very low. The secondary was chosen for archiving and had values very close to the few samples available. There was no sampling for DO sensor #0997 (on CTD 0506), so the results found during cruise 2024-002 were chosen for recalibration. CTD 1222 was used for all other casts. Channel Salinity:T1:C1 values compared well with bottle samples. For DO sensor #4367 there were 32 calibration samples, but they are mainly from close to the surface where bottles likely don’t flush well. The resulting fit is based on very little evidence, but does show drift to be low by about 2.4% which is within the range expected. Recalibration was applied to DO multiply values by 1.024. Transmissivity, Fluorescence, PAR and PAR:Reference data are nominal and unedited, except that some records were removed in editing temperature and salinity. Cast #141 had problems in some channels near the bottom. Pad values were entered for those variables. Temperature and salinity looked ok.
