There was only one previous cruise that used CTD #0585 since it was last serviced and the calibration sampling data from that cruise were not available at the time this cruise was processed; that sampling was also primarily very shallow so not likely to provide useful information for calibration purposes. The T & C sensor pairs were in excellent agreement so both are likely well calibrated. For Events #60-108 the CTD was #1453: The altimeter and fluorescence data were removed from event #60 only. There was no calibration sampling but temperature, conductivity, and pressure had all been recently serviced and recalibrated. The dissolved oxygen sensor was new. Differences between salinity channels was about 0.004psu with no evidence to suggest which was more accurate.
