There were 2 WetLabs CStar transmissometers in use during this cruise: Channel Transmissometer refers to sensor #1185DR (650nm - red) Channel Transmissometer:Green refers to sensor #1883DG (530nm - green) For comparison with other Institute of Ocean Sciences cruises, note that the transmissometer wavelength is 650nm unless otherwise stated. There was little dissolved oxygen sampling, but it was sufficient to show reasonable consistency with cruise (2023-026) when there was good sampling including many deep samples, so recalibration of SBE dissolved oxygen was based on 2023-026. The SBE DO sensor has a fairly long response time so data accuracy is not as high when it is in motion as it is during stops for bottles. This will be especially true when vertical DO gradients are large. There was insuficient dissolved oxygen sampling to make an estimate of errors in SBE DO.
