CTD conductivity and salinity data were bad and were removed from all files. Extracted chlorophylls samples were available from the surface. The comparison of fluorescence values with chlorophyll was somewhat noisier than usual, but did not suggest malfunction. Oxygen:Dissolved:SBE values cannot be confirmed as there was no calibration sampling for dissolved oxygen. Surface saturation values were could not be determined in the absence of salinity data, but for the cases where surface salinity bottle data were available, those values were combined with CTD pressure and temperature to make an estimate of surface saturation. Values found were 97%, 96%, 109% and 101%, which look reasonable, though this is a region subject to great variability.
