This was the first use of this CTD since it was serviced at the factory, so little calibration drift is expected. Oxygen:Dissolved:SBE values cannot be confirmed as there was no calibration sampling for dissolved oxygen. Surface saturation values varied greatly. While the CTD fluorescence data are expressed in concentration units, they do not always compare well to extracted chlorophyll samples. For this cruise the CTD fluorescence data compared reasonably well with Tchl-a samples taken at the surface.
