Larger errors will be present due to minor misalignment of temperature and conductivity when vertical salinity gradients are high. No recalibration was applied to the CTD salinity. Oxygen:Dissolved:SBE values cannot be confirmed as there was no calibration sampling for dissolved oxygen. Surface saturation values varied greatly. While the CTD fluorescence data are expressed in concentration units, they do not always compare well to extracted chlorophyll samples.
