CTD salinity values were higher than the 5 bottle samples by a median value +0.004psu. Some of that difference is likely due to incomplete flushing of Niskin bottles so that samples represent conditions higher in the water column where salinity is lower. No recalibration was applied to the CTD salinity. Oxygen:Dissolved:SBE values cannot be confirmed as there was no calibration sampling for dissolved oxygen. Surface saturation values varied greatly. While the CTD fluorescence data are expressed in concentration units, they do not always compare well to extracted chlorophyll samples. For this cruise the CTD fluorescence data compared reasonably well with Tchl-a samples taken at the surface.
