Dissolved oxygen was recalibrated based on a comparison with a cast run at the same site using a SBE911. DO values from the SBE25 were clearly low, as expected from this type of sensor. The correction applied should be considered a rough estimate. Warning: While the CTD fluorescence data are expressed in concentration units, they do not always compare well to extracted chlorophyll samples, particularly for casts far from shore. It is recommended that users check extracted chlorophyll values where available.
