Salinity calibration sampling was limited to 3 samples one of which was rejected. Delayed analysis and poor flushing of Niskin bottles also limit the reliability of the comparison, but the 2 samples do not suggest any significant calibration drift. Dissolved oxygen calibration sampling was limited to 20 samples and many were flagged by the analyst due to bubbles or poor replication. The DO profiles were very complex.
