CTDEDIT was used to remove records acquired while the pumps were off and many records corrupted by shed wakes; salinity was cleaned. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Data Processing Notes: ---------------------- Transmissivity, Fluorescence and PAR data are nominal and unedited except that some records were removed in editing temperature and salinity. The deployment method used for the CTD did not include a soak at 10m. Acquisition began as the CTD entered the water with pumps off. Pumps were turned on at approximately 2m and the CTD was generally kept at that depth for about 1.5 to 2 minutes before the full cast was run. For details on how the transmissivity calibration parameters were calculated see the document in folder "\cruise_data\documents\transmissivity". Dissolved oxygen was calibrated using the method described in SeaBird Application Note #64-2, June 2012 revision. There were many problems with the sounder so many water depth entries were corrected based on log records or maximum pressure sampled and altimetry.
