The fluorometer cable was installed incorrectly for events #85-115, so the Fluorescence:URU:Seapoint channel was removed from those files. For many casts between events #24 and 81 there are frequent spikes in fluorescence below 60m, but near the surface the values look reasonable. A graphical editor was used to remove records from obviously bad sections of temperature and salinity data, and some salinity data were smoothed to remove small spikes. Where there was corruption of salinity data that was not seen in temperature data, only salinity points were removed. For details on how the transmissivity calibration parameters were calculated see the document in folder "\cruise_data\documents\transmissivity". Dissolved oxygen was calibrated using the method described in SeaBird Application Note #64-2, June 2012 revision, except that a small offset in the fit was allowed.
