A small correction was later added based on negative DO values found during 2012-49 in the anoxic layer of Saanich Inlet. There was no calibration sampling for salinity, but the results of cruise 2012-01 in February 2012 suggest calibration drift is <0.001. The SBE pH sensor data has been removed from this file since there was no field calibration information available and there are concerns about how the sensor performs. These data came from the upcast section because acquisition started late so the downcast is incomplete. The quality of the Temperature and Salinity data are lower than from downcasts.
