CTDEDIT was used to remove surface records and many records corrupted by shed wakes. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Transmissivity and fluorescence data are nominal and unedited except that some records were removed in editing temperature and salinity. SBE pH data were collected on this cruise but are not included due to quality concerns. The membrane of the SBE Dissolved Oxygen sensor was found to be damaged when examined at the factory in spring 2011. Cruises before and after this one had unusual SBE DO comparison with bottles. For this cruise the problems are not as severe, likely due to lower DO gradients, but there is little near-surface downcast data available in order to judge the are area most likely to be affected by the problem. There was a lot of scatter in the fit. Corrections have been applied and worked reasonably well, but the quality must be considered lower than usual.
