The Oxygen:Dissolved:SBE channel was removed from files #49, 97 and 98 because the secondary pump malfunctioned. There was a lot of noise in the salinity data in the top 100m of many casts. At times there are obvious problems in the pumps, and even when they are not clearly performing poorly, rapid changes of descent rate of the CTD may affect the pumps leading to variations in the alignment of temperature and conductivity.
