The problem disappeared after replacement of a pump cable. This cast was affected by the problem with large sections of bad temperature and salinity data.. CTDEDIT was used to remove surface records to 2.6db and records corrupted by shed wakes around 4, 301, 436 and 463db and records corrupted by the pump problem between 916 and 1383db; salinity was cleaned. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Transmissivity and fluorescence are nominal and unedited except that some records were removed in editing temperature and salinity.
