Salinity calibration is based on calibration sampling during 2006-10, Leg 1. Dissolved oxygen calibration is based on the results of 2005-32 for which errors were estimated to be ±0.5ml/l between 0 and 50m, ±0.3ml/l between 50 and 150m and ±0.1ml/l below 50m. There are likely to be significant differences for this cruise due to calibration drift and a lower descent rate for the CTD.
