CTDEDIT was used to remove records from the top 4.1db and many records corrupted by shed wakes; salinity was cleaned. ************************************************************************** DO sensor #0047 was used without a rosette, so there are no bottles for comparison. Recalibration was based on a site that was sampled twice, once with this sensor and immediately afterwards with sensor #0766 for which there were many bottle calibration samples. It is impossible to estimate the errors for sensor #0047 during this cruise but the results when used during other cruises suggests errors would be on the order of: • ±0.5ml/l from 0 - 200m • ±0.2ml/l from 200 – 400m • ±0.1ml/l from 400 - 1500m • The sensor is considered unreliable below 1500db producing values that are generally low, typically by 0.1 to 0.3ml/l. Fluorescence data are nominal and unedited except that some records were removed in editing temperature and salinity.
