The average of 2 samples is reported. Variability is assessed as the % (std dev/mean*100). For analysis results, see file "2004-32chlarc.xls". Salinity samples are collected in glass bottles and analyzed on Guildline model 8410 Portasal Salinometers which are standardized with IAPSO standard seawater. For analysis results see file "2004-32SAL.csv". Nutrient samples were collected in plastic tubes and stored frozen and later analysed at IOS using Technicon AA II analyzer following methods described in Barwell-Clarke and Whitney (1996) For analysis results, see files "QF 2004-32NUTS.csv".
