    Analyzes methods:

     Nutrient samples were analyzed aboard ship by the use of a Technicon
     AutoAnalyzer using methods described in Barwell-Clarke and Whitney, 1996.

     Chlorophyll concentration was estimated from fluorescence of aqueous acetone
     extracts from filtered samples. Analysis methods generally followed those
     described in Parsons et al. 1972, however there have been various
     modifications of filtering and extraction protocols. Contact data
