DELETE removed much bad data caused by this and CTDEDIT was used to remove more data that was obviously corrupted by shed wakes. With such a noisy descent rate the shed wakes overlap and bad data is not easy to identify. T and S were cleaned from 0-4db and S was cleaned lightly below that. Collection method: Salinity-Temperature-pressure data were obtained with a Sea-bird 911plus CTD.
