Reset #RECS, MIN & MAX values in header. -The following CHANNEL(S) were removed from file. Temperature:Sample Dissolved_oxygen:mass Thiosulfate_titer Flask_Number Flask_Volume Blank Standard Salinity:CTD CLEAN functions: - Reset #RECS, MIN & MAX values in header. - Change Pad Value to -99 in All Channels. - Delete Empty Channels: 0 deleted. - Set channel name post-colon letters to upper case. -The following SORT parameters were used. Sorted by channel: Pressure Pressure channel sorted according to values in sort channel $END *COMMENTS Salinity sample 460 analysis sheet gives salinity of 32.9427 and 32.9441, correct value unknown. Analysis methods: ----------------- Salinity samples are collected in glass bottles and analyzed on Guildline model 8410 Portasal Salinometers which are standardized with IAPSO standard seawater. Oxygen samples are analyzed on an automated Winkler titration system following the procedures of Carpenter (1965). A Brinkmann model 665 Dosimat and model PC910 Colorimeter is controlled by Visual-Basic program to titrate the oxygen samples. Nutrient samples were measured using an Autoanalyzer II, following the procedures outlined in Barwell-Clarke and Whitney (1997). Nitrate/silicate samples were defrosted about 24 h before analysis. Phosphate samples were rapidly defrosted in moving room temperature air or warm water. Lab temperature was noted periodically, and may be found on the original data sheets; it was generally around 26C. !-1-- --2--- ---3--- ---4---- !Bott Pressu Oxygen: Salinity !le_ re Dissolv :Bottle !Numb ed !er !---- ------ ------- -------- *END OF HEADER 463 1.1 6.669 31.7690 462 10.7 5.506 32.1690 461 19.4 5.275 32.5680 460 30.1 4.582 32.9440 459 49.3 3.231 33.3740 458 74.1 2.446 33.7400 457 100.1 2.390 33.8580 456 124.1 2.097 33.9030 455 149.2 2.064 32.9290 454 174.7 1.710 33.9430 453 200.4 1.802 33.9520 452 249.0 1.784 33.9660 451 299.5 1.821 33.9800 450 400.0 1.517 34.0170 449 500.7 0.845 34.0940
