Reset #RECS, MIN & MAX values in header. -The following CHANNEL(S) were removed from file. Temperature:Sample Dissolved_oxygen:mass Thiosulfate_titer Flask_Number Flask_Volume Blank Standard Salinity:CTD CLEAN functions: - Reset #RECS, MIN & MAX values in header. - Change Pad Value to -99 in All Channels. - Delete Empty Channels: 0 deleted. - Set channel name post-colon letters to upper case. -The following SORT parameters were used. Sorted by channel: Pressure Pressure channel sorted according to values in sort channel $END *COMMENTS Salinity sample #371 missing or not taken. Analysis methods: ----------------- Salinity samples are collected in glass bottles and analyzed on Guildline model 8410 Portasal Salinometers which are standardized with IAPSO standard seawater. Oxygen samples are analyzed on an automated Winkler titration system following the procedures of Carpenter (1965). A Brinkmann model 665 Dosimat and model PC910 Colorimeter is controlled by Visual-Basic program to titrate the oxygen samples. Nutrient samples were measured using an Autoanalyzer II, following the procedures outlined in Barwell-Clarke and Whitney (1997). Nitrate/silicate samples were defrosted about 24 h before analysis. Phosphate samples were rapidly defrosted in moving room temperature air or warm water. Lab temperature was noted periodically, and may be found on the original data sheets; it was generally around 26C. !-1-- --2--- ---3--- ---4---- !Bott Pressu Oxygen: Salinity !le_ re Dissolv :Bottle !Numb ed !er !---- ------ ------- -------- *END OF HEADER 371 0.9 6.732 -99.0000 370 10.0 6.334 31.9820 369 19.7 6.028 32.1324 368 29.9 5.812 32.4617 367 49.9 5.592 32.6866 366 75.4 2.351 33.2676 365 99.6 2.665 33.5953 364 123.7 2.520 33.8127 363 150.3 2.307 33.8919 362 174.3 2.238 33.9218 361 199.6 2.097 33.9440 360 248.8 1.853 33.9781 359 301.5 1.683 33.9982 358 398.0 1.272 34.0340 357 499.1 0.926 34.0836 356 597.8 0.526 34.1599 355 750.8 0.291 34.2490
