Analysis methods: ----------------- Salinity samples are collected in glass bottles and analyzed on Guildline model 8410 Portasal Salinometers which are standardized with IAPSO standard seawater. Oxygen samples are analyzed on an automated Winkler titration system following the procedures of Carpenter (1965). A Brinkmann model 665 Dosimat and model PC910 Colorimeter is controlled by Visual-Basic program to titrate the oxygen samples. Nutrient samples are analyzed fresh on board using a Technicon AAII auto- analyzer following methods described in Barwell-Clarke and Whitney (1996). !-1-- --2--- ---3--- --4--- !Samp Pressu Salinit Oxygen !le_ re y : !Numb Dissol !er ved !---- ------ ------- ------ *END OF HEADER 474 0.0 29.287 222.5 473 10.0 29.744 175.1 472 20.0 29.962 173.8 471 30.0 30.140 165.3 470 40.0 30.297 145.7 469 50.0 30.555 98.7 468 60.0 30.789 106.6 467 75.0 31.137 19.8
