Analysis methods: ----------------- Salinity samples are collected in glass bottles and analyzed on Guildline model 8410 Portasal Salinometers which are standardized with IAPSO standard seawater. Oxygen samples are analyzed on an automated Winkler titration system following the procedures of Carpenter (1965). A Brinkmann model 665 Dosimat and model PC910 Colorimeter is controlled by Visual-Basic program to titrate the oxygen samples. Nutrient samples are analyzed fresh on board using a Technicon AAII auto- analyzer following methods described in Barwell-Clarke and Whitney (1996). !-1-- --2--- ---3--- --4--- !Samp Pressu Salinit Oxygen !le_ re y : !Numb Dissol !er ved !---- ------ ------- ------ *END OF HEADER 423 0.0 28.808 322.6 422 10.0 29.514 199.6 421 20.0 29.629 185.4 420 30.0 29.748 171.6 419 40.0 30.032 148.7 418 50.0 30.181 139.3 417 60.0 30.921 84.4 416 76.0 31.155 73.9
