Analysis methods: ----------------- Salinity samples are collected in glass bottles and analyzed on Guildline model 8410 Portasal Salinometers which are standardized with IAPSO standard seawater. Oxygen samples are analyzed on an automated Winkler titration system following the procedures of Carpenter (1965). A Brinkmann model 665 Dosimat and model PC910 Colorimeter is controlled by Visual-Basic program to titrate the oxygen samples. Nutrient samples are analyzed fresh on board using a Technicon AAII auto- analyzer following methods described in Barwell-Clarke and Whitney (1996). !-1-- --2--- ---3--- --4--- !Samp Pressu Salinit Oxygen !le_ re y : !Numb Dissol !er ved !---- ------ ------- ------ *END OF HEADER 107 0.0 29.137 308.0 106 10.0 29.475 146.0 105 20.0 29.659 129.3 104 30.0 29.828 115.6 103 40.0 30.048 111.9 102 50.0 30.300 102.3 101 60.0 30.500 81.9 100 80.0 30.956 13.0 99 100.0 31.101 10.1 98 125.0 31.180 32.8 97 150.0 31.219 15.5 96 200.0 31.240 0.0
