       PROCESSED CTD DATA FROM THE HP 2100 ACQUISITION SYSTEM, CONVERTED FROM BINARY
       TO ASCII. HYDRO CORRECTIONS HAVE BEEN APPLIED TO THE DATA.
    july 02, 1997 - coorections made to LAT LONG TIME and STN NAME as per original
    log book. The original positions/times/names for #148 were a duplicate of #147.
    The log book indicated a single cast at each station, and there was a station
    apparently missing.

    Collection method:
      Salinity-Temperature-pressure data were obtained with a Guildline CTD.
      Output from the probe consisted of analogue voltages of temperature,
      conductivity and pressure. The probe output was input into a 2100-series
      HP computer, digitized at a rate of 10 samples per second and stored on
      a 9-track magnetic tape.
