Data were added to the files based on the publication: Canadian Joint Committee on Oceanography Physical, Chemical and Plankton Data Record Coastal Surveys April 25 to December 17, 1957 Pacific Oceanographic Group, 1958 Further checks of data were performed by G. Gatien, and more data were added and some reformatting was applied. There were quality flags provided, but most were set to 1 even for pad values. Some of the files came from MEDS with reduced precision; the temperature data were corrected based on the published report.
